Our teams work really hard at keeping this laser-like focus on our customers and providing them with a top-class service, so they can look after the more important parts of their business, like running the world’s best retail.
That’s why we’re incredibly excited to announce that Vend has won the Gold Stevie Award for Customer Service Department of the Year 2015 at the American Business Awards.
In the past year we’ve listened to our customers and added some fantastic new features to our support function including real-time chat and Vend+. These improvements, along with the dedication of our support team, helped us achieve an average customer satisfaction score of 92% throughout 2014 and we’ve even hit 100% on numerous occasions!
While this is a very proud moment for us at Vend, we won’t be stopping here. We’ve got big plans to provide the world’s very best customer support of all time, all the time, so watch this space.
